This year's edition featured the 10KM and 5KM road runs, children's races, a 5KM Fun Walk, as well as the Buddy Run and Family and Group Walks, creating an inclusive event for people of different ages and abilities. The OASI Cup Run & Fun Walk has become one of the Founda- tion's annual community events, bringing people together while supporting OASI's wider mis- sion. As a non-governmental, non-profit organisation, the OA- SI Foundation provides free and confidential services related to addiction prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and aftercare, while continuing to promote healthier lifestyles and greater awareness within the community. The Foundation would like to express its sincere appreciation to all participants, volunteers, marshals, sponsors, collaborators and supporters who contributed to the organisation and success of this year's event. "A special thank you also goes to everyone who took part, whether by running, walking, volunteering or supporting from the sidelines. The enthusiasm and communi- ty spirit shown throughout the morning once again demonstrat- ed the importance of coming together to promote health, con- nection and positive choices," the foundation said. The OASI Foundation is now inviting the community to join them for their annual Jump for Life event, taking place on 27 De- cember at Xlendi Bay. The event brings people together in a cel- ebration of courage, hope and recovery, as participants take the traditional leap into the sea and symbolically embrace their own journey of recovery and new be- ginnings.
