FILM SCREENINGS WEDNESDAYS Kinemastik Film Club Kinemastik Film Club returns to British Legion Bar, 111 Melita Street, Valletta. Tonight's film will cult horror feature Street Trash (dir. Jim Muro). Starting at and in quirky, unusual locations. "The exhibition tries to be daring: using a bespoke space, with cheap materials and ephemeral presentation. Fragmenta tries to show that you can do something with very little means if you have the right energy and idea," the organiser of the Fragmenta exhibits said. The exhibition will be open from noon until 18:00. 20:30. Entrance is at €1. COMIC CON NOVEMBER 30, DECEMBER 1 Malta Comic Con 2013 Annual comic book convention at St James Cavalier, Valletta. Open from 10:00 to 18:00 on November 30, and 11:00 to 19:00 on December 1. Among this year's international guests will be Mike Carey (Lucifer, The Unwritten), Marco Santucci (Spider-Man, Captain America), Will Simpson (Judge Dredd, Game of Thrones storyboards), Esad Ribic (Thor) and many more. The convention will also highlight the work of local comic book practitioners, as well as showcase gaming and cosplay initiatives. Comic books will also be sold at discount prices.
