With support by electro DJ Danjeli. The theme of the night will be Emir Kusturica's film 'Underground '. Doors open at 20:00. FEBRUARY 28 The MADC Carnival Party Carnival part y organised by Malta's forefront theatre company at Villa Arrigo, San Pawl Tat-Targa. Colin Fitz will be the DJ/compere on the night. Theme for the costume part y is movie, theatre and television characters. Entrance at €28 includes finger food and four hours of open bar. Doors open at 20:30. MARCH 7 The Composer Conducts - MPO Concert Series Concert by the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra at the Manoel Theatre, Valletta at 19:30. MPO resident composer Joseph Vella the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra. MPO Principal Double Bassist Gjorgji Cincievski is the featured soloist in Bottesini 's concerto for Double Bass and Orchestra. The Concert includes Joseph Vella's composition 'Symphonic Variations on a Theme by Chopin op 131' commissioned by Prof. Robert Ghirlando in Memory of Maria Ghirilando. Tickets are €30, €20, €10. The concert includes all of Elton John's greatest hits from his entire career including 'Rocket Man', 'Tiny Dancer', 'Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting', 'I'm Still Standing', 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road ', 'Philadelphia Freedom' and 'Your Song'.
