Lunchtime concert at the Music Room of St James Cavalier, Valletta from 11:00. MARCH 21 Elton John – The Million Dollar Piano Screening of the innovative and dazzling Elton John concert at Eden Cinemas, St Julian's. The concert includes all of Elton John's greatest hits from his entire career including 'Rocket Man', 'Tiny Dancer', 'Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting', 'I'm Still Standing', 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road', 'Philadelphia Freedom' and 'Your Song'. Complementing the incredible spectacle is a baroque, Roman-inspired golden stage which is magnificently transformed each time to reflect the personality of each song. Bookings: www.edencinemas.com.mt. MARCH 27 Spotlight Concert Concert at the Manoel Theatre, Valletta. The recital features works from the 19th century and the first decade of the 20th century. Although it was quite late in the 20th century that the viola started achieving recognition as a solo instruments, there are nonetheless works written for the instrument before this period. Two such works are Glinka's Sonata and Enescu's Konzertstuck. The program also includes Schumann's Fantasiestucke, originally composed for clarinet and piano and Franck's Violin Sonata, both to be performed on the viola. Starts at 20:00. MARCH 22 Most intimate: Concert by Claire Tonna Maltese singer-songwriter Claire Tonna will be performing at The Royal British Legion Bar, Melita Street, Valletta. The concert will feature songs from the singer's album The Port – with which she toured across New Zealand last year. UNTIL MARCH 31 Maltese Maritime Graffiti Exhibition of historical graffiti at the Malta Maritime Museum, Birgu. The exhibition is based on the pioneering research work by the Museums Department former employee Joseph Muscat and his recent donation of various casts of ship graffiti to the museum. A number of salvaged original graffiti will also be displayed, including a large ship. graffito and legend dating to 1766 salvaged from a demolished residence in Zurrieq.
