The new catering brand combines a management team with over 45 years of expe- rience in some of Europe's most famous res- taurants and hotels with an Italian passion for premium service and quality cuisine. Lattughi cater for a range of public and pri- vate events, including corporate dinners, wed- dings and private functions. They specialise in an Italian menu which has been specially compiled by their expert kitchen team. Agora's motto is 'donner et tol- erer' ('service and tolerance'). The club works closely with Ladies' Circle, Round Table and 41 Club, and is represented by a number of countries worldwide. This weekend, Agora Club International chartered the first Agora Club in Malta, with a gala dinner at The Villa, organised yesterday, where guests from 10 different countries – led by Agora International President Sandy van Niekerk from South Africa – will be welcoming 21 Maltese 'Agorians'. All these paintings depict our his- toric fortresses as seen through the eyes of an artist enamoured of our fortifications. The paintings will be exhibited in the historic Wignacourt Tower, St Paul's Bay and the exhibi- tion will be inaugurated by Raymond Tabone, Mayor St Paul's Local Council on May 30, when a reception will be spon- sored by Banif Bank and Sistina Wines Ltd. The artist has offered to share proceeds from sale of her work to Din l-Art Ħelwa for the maintenence of its his- toric sites.
