LITERARY EVENING JUNE 28 Literary evening with Russian poet Yevgeny Yevtushenko Russian Poet Yevgeny Yevtushenko – best-known for his poem Babi Yar and the eponymous symphony made in collaboration with composer Dmitri Shostakovich – will be appearing at the Russian Chapel in San Anton Palace, Attard at 19:30. The distinguished Russian poet, writer, actor and film director will attend a literary evening with readings of a few of his poems, translated into Maltese. The event will be moderated by award- winning Maltese writer Immanuel Mifsud. The event, which will be held in Maltese, is free and open to the public. Doors will be open 30 minutes before the event.
