The funds were utilised for the refurbishment of the home, which is situated in Valletta, particularly the bathroom. The Ursuline sisters who run the home take care of a number of children from difficult so- cial backgrounds. Their aim is to provide an environment that is as close as possible to a home; full of love and a sense of belonging. "The sisters have dedicated their life to the upbringing of these children and their ef- forts are truly admirable. Our gesture is small compared to the daily work they do but we hope that it will help them even more in their mission to provide a suitable home for the children," said Alfredo Munoz, President and CEO at Middle- sea Insurance. Sister Valerie Farrugia, Mother Superior at Piccola Casa di San Giuseppe, thanked Middlesea Insurance for the help provided.
