OCTOBER 24 DIVINA Gozo-based ballet company Naupaca Dance Factory will be performing their interpretation of Dante's Divine Comedy at Gozo's Teatru Aurora, Victoria. Featuring guest performers Francesco Mariottini (IT – 'Amici') and Sergey Kheylik (RU) dancing the role of Dante and Virgil respectively, with Naupaca's Deborah Agius as Beatrice. Starts at 19:30. OCTOBER 25 The Violent Violets album launch Rock band The Violent Violets launch their debut album 'Tame' at British Legion Bar, Melita Street, Valletta. They will be supported by local post punk band The Velts. First band kicks off at 20:45 sharp. Entrance is at €10 with album, €8 without. OCTOBER 31-NOVEMBER 2 Havarie Touring production to be performed at Teatru Salesjan, Sliema after a stint in the UK. Seating is limited to 50 people per show. Shows start at 20:00. EXHIBITIONS OCTOBER 25-NOVEMBER 14 /ru:t/ Collective exhibition organised to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Malta's accession into the EU, organised at the Malta Maritime Museum, Birgu. Featuring artists Adrian Abela, Anna Grima, Charles Balzan, Elisa Von Brockdorff, Karen Caruana, Stephen Vella, Umberto Buttigieg and Victor Agius. Curated by Fabrizio Fleri Soler, the exhibition is an initiative of Fondazzjoni Ċelebrazzjonijiet Nazzjonali, and is being coordinated by Arts Council Malta, in collaboration with the Valletta 2018 Foundation.
