Events 28 maltatoday, Sunday, 25 January 2015 CENTURY 21 Malta's Commercial & Business Development Manager Mr. David Muscat recently attended a tailor-made training programme held at the CENTURY 21 Real Es- tate LLC Headquarters in Madison, New Jersey. The four day intensive training programme provided Muscat with the opportunity to expand his real estate knowledge through a combi- nation of theoretical and practical sessions. The training also provided invaluable insight on strategies and options which can be used to estab- lish a local brand presence in Malta. "From the moment I set foot in the building I immediately sensed a warm family feeling... a sort of belonging to a much larger entity," noted Muscat on his return. The CENTURY 21 System incorporates a total of more than 100,000 inde- pendent sales professionals operat- ing through a network of approxi- mately 6,800 independently owned and operated franchised broker of- fices in 78 countries and territories worldwide. In this light, the feeling expressed by Muscat can be deemed as somewhat of an understatement. "Having been involved in the lo- cal real estate scene for a number of years, I admit I went there with a sort of know-it-all attitude. The empha- sis placed on training at CENTURY 21 is very high. The training pro- grammes, for both management and sales associates, are well thought out and aimed at attracting and engag- ing prospects, nurturing customers and delivering an overall positive real estate transaction experience".
