FESTIVAL SEPTEMBER 25 Science in the City Fourth edition of the festival of science and culture will be taking place around the streets of Valletta from 18:00 to midnight. Featuring experiments, exhibitions, talks, debates, poetry, films, and the per- forming arts and more. The key attraction this year will be a repro- duction of this year's Rosetta land- ing on Comet 67P. PUBLIC LECTURE SEPTEMBER 18 Teleportation… and what is light? Public lecture on teleportation by Prof. Anton Zeilinger, presi- dent of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, at the Old University Campus, Valletta at 19:00. It was Zeilinger, one of Europe's most influential quantum physicists, who made teleportation a reality. During the talk, he will talk about his work in quantum physics, how entanglement allows scientists to do bizarre things, and his quest to understand what light really is.
