Events 48 maltatoday, SUNDAY, 4 OCTOBER 2015 Kellogg's new Crunchy Muesli range offers tasty breakfast options In recent years, there has been greater awareness of the crucial role that food plays in the well- being of children and adults alike. That is precisely why, despite their hectic, fast-paced lifestyles, fami- lies in Malta have started to weave smart eating into their busy sched- ules. Today, more and more parents recognize the short- and long- term benefits of eating balanced and nutritious meals that can help strengthen their loved ones' im- mune system, fortify their bodies, and contribute to a better life. As part of their journey to well- ness, parents around the world have, over the years, increasingly preferred muesli – a nutrient-rich breakfast dish comprising raw rolled oats combined with grains, nuts, and fresh or dried fruits. Muesli's popularity has much to do with the fact that it is a nutritious, easy-to-prepare, and delicious breakfast option well suited to on- the-go families. In line with this, the leading ce- real brand Kellogg's has launched a Crunchy Muesli range in Malta. The range is available in three fla- vours: Chocolate (which contains a mix of oats, delicious chocolate pieces, and crunchy hazelnuts), Classic (which is a combination of wholegrain oats in golden clusters), and Fruit (which features a con- coction of raisins, cranberries, ap- ples, bananas, and toasted coconut flakes). Packed with whole grains and fibre, the new Crunchy Muesli Range is nutritious, takes less than five minutes to prepare. One can add milk or yoghurt and fruits for a quick breakfast without compro- mising on taste. In short, it caters to those with frantic morning routines and helps ensure that not a single family member skips breakfast, which has long been considered the most im- portant meal of the day. 'Never Miss a Thing': Exciting new Vodafone offers at Fresher's Week Vodafone Malta is offering students two new Vodafone YU bundles at Fresher's Week, both of which have been specifically designed with the particular needs of students in mind, allowing them to get the very best out of their mobile phones at a very affordable price. At only €12 the YU+ bundle offers: • 3GB of data at 4G speed; • Free unlimited calls and SMSs to 3 friends on any local network; and • 1000 free minutes or SMSs to any Vodafone number. At €7 euros the YU bundle offers: • 1.5 GB of data at 4G speed; and • Free unlimited calls to 3 friends on any local network. Students applying for either bundle this week will get an extra free 3GB added on to their data bundle every month for the first three months. This means an extra 6GB of data per month for the YU+ bundle and an extra 4.5GB of data per month for the YU bundle. "At Vodafone we understand that entering Higher Education is the start of one of the most exciting and challenging times in a person's life and we wanted to offer students packages that help them adapt to this change and to get the very best out of what student life has to offer," said Tamas Banyai, Head of Vodafone Malta's Consumer Business Unit. "When we spoke to students it was immediately clear that their priority is to be as involved as possible in eve- rything that goes on around them, both in terms of their actual studies as well in terms of the social life that is so much a part of what being a stu- dent is all about. "In both cases being connected is key and so we devised new pack- ages that offer a generous amount of data on our superfast 4G network as well as unlimited calls and SMSs to selected groups of friends. Rates are also fair and affordable, keeping in mind of course that students are usually working on a tight budget." Students can apply for either of these bundles by sending an SMS with YU+ or YU, depending on their choice, to 16200. They are also in- vited to visit the Vodafone stand at Freshers Week where they have a chance to win a number of prizes every day, ranging from free data bundles to Vodafone Gift Vouchers starting at a value of €100.
