OCTOBER 22-31 Malta International Piano Festival European Foundation for Support of Culture (www.eufsc.eu) with the support of the Maltese Russian Friendship Foundation present Malta International Piano WHAT'S ON Operational Programme II – Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 Investing in human capital to create more opportunities and promote the wellbeing of society ANNOUNCEMENT - CALL III European Social Fund The Managing Authority for Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 in Malta, the Planning and Priorities Co-ordination Division (PPCD) within the Ministry or European Affairs and Implementation of the Electoral Manifesto (MEAIM), would like to announce that it is launching a call for project proposals under the Priority Axes and Investment Priorities listed below. This call will close on Friday 27 th January 2017 at noon. Priority Axis 3 – 'Investing in people through Education, Training and Life Long Learning' The Call under the following investment priority is restricted to interventions undertaken by Public Administration: Investment Priority (IP) 10iv – Improving the labour market relevance of education and training systems, facilitating the transition from education to work, and strengthening vocational education and training systems and their quality, including through mechanisms for skills anticipation, adaptation of curricula and the establishment and development of work based learning systems, including dual learning systems and apprenticeship schemes. Priority Axis 4 – 'Building the Institutional Administrative Capacity' The Call under the following investment priority is restricted to interventions undertaken by Public Administration and Local Government: Investment Priority (IP) 11i - Investment in institutional capacity and in the efficiency of public administrations and public services at the national, regional and local levels with a view to reforms, better regulation and good governance. The Call under the following investment priority is restricted to interventions undertaken by Social partners and Civil Society Organisations; Public Administration Bodies involved in the delivery of education, lifelong learning, training and employment and social policies: Investment Priority (IP) 11ii - Capacity building for all stakeholders delivering education, lifelong learning, training and employment and social policies, including through sectoral and territorial pacts to mobilise for reform at the national, regional and local levels.
