53 Events maltatoday, SUNDAY, 2 OCTOBER 2016 GO updated on Premier League subscriptions GO is offering customers who subscribed to the GO Sports Premium Package between 4 July 2016 and 12 August 2016 the opportunity to rescind on this add-on to their TV package without penalty. The decision to offer this opt out to customers who sub- scribed between those particu- lar dates acknowledges the delay between the initial press release announcing the changes to the broadcasting of English Pre- mier League matches mandated by the Premier League, and the publication of updated informa- tion on GO's website. In making this offer GO is maintaining its position that it has not committed any breach of consumer protection or any other law but is acting out of respect for customers and to maintain goodwill. GO is cur- rently in the process of directly contacting all customers who are eligible to rescind their GO Sports Premium package and therefore there is no need for customers to take any action. Btobet's Omnichannel concept at Enada Gaming showcase in Rome MOBILE users in Italy are about 50 million and statistics are predicting to reach 51,3 mil- lion in 2 years. The penetration of smartphones in the country hit the 62% this year and will be around the 68,5% in 2018. If we consider Social Media, Italy counts 23,3 million subscribers while the number increases up to nearly 40 million when ana- lyzing the Online (65,6% of the population). Online and mobile connec- tions in the country are very popular and by the end of this year, the Italian authority for the regulated market will re- lease 15 thousand permits for betting - corner shops and 120 licenses for the online gaming, allowing new gaming oppor- tunities. At this point, being compliant with the low won't be enough for the Italian opera- tors and they will look for an advanced technology that ena- bles them to face the emerging market's requirements. In fact, the evolution of iG- aming and sports betting technology in recent years has encouraged a transformation of player expectations. Players wish to encounter the same brand with the same offer on each channel. At the same time, from a management per- spective, operators experience the problem of administering multiple systems that are in- tegrated at the front-end, but separate on the back-end. This means that operators require a valid Omnichannel solution that allows them to have a sin- gle back-end from which to ad- minister all channels. Btobet's CEO, Alessandro Fried, said: "Our Omnichannel concept offers players the best possible experience, and op- erators the greatest insight into their player behavior to drive revenues. It enables the evolu- tion of physical bet-shops into intelligent shops via a single channel, integrating web and physical stores by giving the op- portunity to better understand players. This process allows op- erators to deliver the right prod- uct at the ideal time for every single customer." Alessandro Fried and Btobet's Head of Sportsbook, Davide Ruggeri, will be at Enada show in Rome, at the Exhibition Center, from the 4th to the 6th October where Italian operators could ask for a live demo of the Omnichannel platform calling the telephone number +356- 27135974 or writing an email to mailto:sales@btobet.com
