THEATRE TONIGHT AND OCTOBER 21-23 Il-Giddieb Ghomru Qasir/The Lying Kind Bilingual production of Anthony Nielson's play by Unifaun Theatre at Sir Temi Zammit Hall, University of Malta. The Maltese production will feature Chrysander Agius Daniel Chircop, Snits, Michael Tabone, Julie Pomorski, Magda van Kuilenburg and Marylu Coppini and will be staged between October 7 and 9. The English version will feature Edward Mercieca, Alan Paris, Antony Edridge, Magda van Kuilenburg, Polly March, Michaela Fenech and Thomas Camilleri and will be staged between October 21-23. TONIGHT AND OCTOBER 14-16 The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie MADC Theatre production of Jay Presson Allen's adaptation of Muriel Spark's classic novel The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, directed by Chiara Hyzler at Blue Box, MSpace, Msida at 20:00. OCTOBER 28-30; NOVEMBER 4-6 Irbaht il-Lottu Original Maltese-language satire penned and directed by Mario Philip Azzopardi as part of Stagun Teatru Malti, held at the Manoel Theatre, Valletta at 20:00, with additional 15:00 matinees on October 29 and November 5, with shows at 19:00 on October 30 and November 6. EXHIBITIONS OCTOBER 5-14 One to Eleven Architectural exhibition featuring 11 proposals for the Metropolis project in Gzira, made be international architects. Held at the Orpheum Theatre, Sir Patrick Stuart Street, Gzira from 18:00 to 21:00. It is the intention of this exhibition to offer real estate and construction experts, governmental and non-governmental entities, media, all other stakeholders and members of the public the opportunity to view, discuss and comment on a number of international architectural design solutions. OCTOBER 29-NOVEMBER 25 Night Gallery: The Uncanny and the Sublime Exhibition of paintings by Susan Waitt at The Fortress Builders, St Mark Street, Valletta, themed around gothic and occult themes. WHAT'S ON WHAT'S ON TONIGHT Voices – Celebration 25th Anniversary edition of the annual concert, also doubling up as its final edition. Visit Floriana Underground Railway Station The Floriana Local Council will be organizing the annual event 'Genna Ta' Gonna', in collaboration with The Malta Railway Foundation, organised guided tours to the the Floriana Railway Station Tunnel will commence from the Floriana Methodist's Church, near St Philip's Gardens gate. For the sixth consecutive year your host and guide will be Paul Galea. Raiders of the lost railway will also be in attendance to give a helping hand. The tours are every hour on the hour and the tour starts from the Anglican Church. Entrance is free of charge.
