As the name of the society shows, exhibited will be a number of die cast models and hand-built models. For this year, the Die Cast & Scale Model Society thought of setting up a different exhibition on a much bigger scale. In fact, the location has changed from the previous years. During the past 11 years, the exhibition from this society used to be held at the Easysell Show- room in Qormi, while this year, the exhibition is going to be held for the first time inside Mount Carmel Hospital in Attard, at the Exhibi- tion Hall. Apart from die cast collections exhibited, that will vary from vintage to modern cars, sport cars to construction vehicles in various scales, main attractions will be the hand-built vintage Maltese busses, Malta's unique model circus that this year will feature a number of new and unique attractions world- wide and also a scale model of Malta International Airport Apron. For the first time, there will also be collections of racing bikes and hot rods. There will be a collection of police cars from around the world and also a FireEngines' collection, apart from many other collections. Apart from models exhibited, there will also be two stands selling models at very reasonable prices. The exhibition will open its doors for the public between Saturday 10th and Tuesday 13th December (Public Holiday) from 9am till 8pm. On Tuesday 13th, exhibition will open until 5pm. Entrance will be free of charge. The Hall where this exhibition is going to be set up, is located inside Mount Carmel Hospital with entrance to be from the main door. Many signs will guide visitors to the exact location. All the exhibitors in this exhibi- tion form part of the Die Cast & Scale Model Society. facebook.com/dcsms2001
