WHAT decisions did you take this morning? Are you sure that the infor- mation used for such decisions was accurate and complete? How long did it take you to gather this information? It provides the intelligence to enable you to make faster, well-informed decisions based on a 360-degree view of the data. Such decisions to optimise your activities will make your digital market- ing budget last longer – give you full control over your affiliate rewards and ensure that customers' LTV keeps rising. Data scientists and BI specialists design such platforms so that they can build ready-to-use statistical and Ma- chine Learning (ML) models in line with industry KPIs that enable self-service analytics. This includes: descriptive analytics (what happened and why), predictive analytics (forecast what will happen if) and prescriptive analytics (how could we make the best happen). All this is packaged into easy-to-use visual dashboards and reports that require no prior knowledge of BI, data science or analytics. The end users are notified directly of trends from an early stage, enabling them to promptly take the appropriate actions. They are able to drill up and drill down through vast amounts of data, and to compare, correlate and forecast performance across time, brands, products, countries, affiliates, players and even benchmark KPIs and results against the industry averages. All this enables marketing teams, product teams, VIP teams and senior managers and executives to focus on what they do best — as all the intel- ligence is available at their fingertips. And most importantly, reduce risk and start taking the right decisions for their company. How can I keep my customer-base loyal? NetRefer's customer loyalty product is the key. This revolutionary product introduces gamification to the existing NetRefer Per- formance Marketing platform. This will drive customer brand loyalty and retention, increase their lifetime value, and help drive desired behaviour. This new product, currently in beta, will help instil a competitive environment between cus- tomers. With the ability to easily set up com- petitive leaderboards, customers will compete for rewards or fame; and with integrated level- ling, badges, and other gamification elements, customers will be rewarded for their long term loyalty to the brand. In additions, loyal customers will be given spendable loyalty points, which they can use on the company's online gift shop – maintained through NetRefer's platform, to receive physi- cal or virtual rewards bridging the offline and online medium. The customer loyalty product enables seg- menting, analysing, targeting, and measuring of customers. All these features are controlled using a simple, yet powerful interface. The operator can set up and fully customise the rules which govern the loyalty programme to meet their exact needs. "Gamification has been proven to drive customer loyalty and engagement," says Mario Debono, R&D Manager at NetRefer.
