21 WHAT'S ON LITERARY EVENTS OCTOBER 12 Kissing the Gallows Public talk by writer William Zammit on his recent publication 'Kissing the Gallows', a comprehensive history of crime in Malta from 1600-1798. OCTOBER 21 An Evening With Simon Critchley The Futures of Literature Research Network presents an evening with Simon Critchley, who will be reading from his latest book What We Think About When We Think About Football. The event will be taking place at the Valletta Campus of the University of Malta, St Paul's Street, Valletta at 18:00. A wine reception will follow the talk. Simon Critchley is Hans Jonas Professor of Philosophy at the New School for Social Research in New York. THEATRE OCTOBER 11 Coriolanus – RSC Live Live projection of the Royal Shakespeare Company's production of William Shakespeare's Coriolanus at the Cinema of Spazju Kreattiv at St James Cavalier, Valletta at 20:00. Beamed live from Stratford-Upon- Avon, the production is directed by Angus Jackson and features Sope Dirisu in the lead role. Featuring military bands and other elements which come together to provide a show for audiences of all ages. The music played combines popular tunes with more classical fare, and are all performed in the context of a Military March parade. The Chinese government decides to build a space station. Zhang Tiancong becomes an instructor of the new generation astronauts and meanwhile their competitor. After the astronaut election, Zhang's group fails to be chosen due to age issue. Unexpectedly, Wentian 1 is suddenly hit by an unknown object after its launch, the solar panel is damaged and the astronauts are in great danger. Could Zhang's team save the day?
