More than 60 people were involved in the Wazdan flash mob choreographed to the rhythm of Maltese com- poser Charles Camilleri's "Malta Suite Waltz," and inviting the crowd to join the dance and the wider move towards European City of Culture 2018 in Malta. The launch took place at St Monica School in Birkirkara, and featured a 2018 calendar featuring 12 Mal- tese personalities from differ- ent walks of life, such as Destiny Chukunyere, Gianni Zammit, and André Schembri, each expressing the way in which fresh milk ben- efited their lifestyle. From the early stages of life, we are taught about the benefits of milk at school and at home. Fresh milk is a rich source of several vitamins and minerals, including calcium, potas- sium, phosphorous, magnesium, iodine, vitamins B2 and B12, and a valuable source of protein. These nutrients are essential to the hu- man body and provide a range of health benefits, such as the promo- tion of healthy bones and teeth. Malta Dairy Products Ltd will be distributing the calendar I drink FRESH! for free in schools and oth- er public places in order to encour- age the consumption of fresh milk from an early age. The campaign shall expand to other personalities endorsing the campaign and will feature through the use of social media, TV, radio, billboards, street activities and other mediums.
