Vacant outlets and zero visitors (with no reason to). BusinessToday is informed the arcade is up for sale at €3 million but that no interest has thus far been registered. Is this the beginning of the end for the Savoy Arcade? Final death throes for Savoy Arcade? MALTA Aviation Conference & Expo (MACE), a new B2B and B2C aviation networking event in Malta, will be held between October 30th and No- vember 1st, 2019 at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Valletta. MACE will include educational and inspiring keynote speakers and an expo hall, it being the first of its kind to be organised in Malta. The main aim of the event is to cre- ate an environment of collaboration and cooperation for aviation leaders to come together and help each other succeed, profit and thrive. The event is supported by Transport Malta, and will be held under the patronage of EBAA (European Business Aviation Association) and MBAA (Malta Busi- ness Aviation Association). With over 130 delegates already con- firmed for the event, MACE is Malta's biggest ever conference & expo to be held on the island. MACE 2019 will include policy mak- ers, operators, aviation industry pro- fessionals, legal & regulatory consult- ants and global users. The event will also include a num- ber of international and local speakers who will be sharing their knowledge, including the Prime Minister of Mal- ta, Joseph Muscat; the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Cap- ital Projects, Ian Borg; the Director General for Civil Aviation, Transport Malta, Capt. Charles Pace; the Direc- tor General for Eurocontrol, Eamonn Brennan; Former NASA Scientist, Dr Anita Sengupta; the Director of Pub- lic Relations of Ryanair, Diarmuid Ó Conghaile; and the Executive Chair- man of Knighthood Capital Partners and Former Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Aviation Group, James Hogan.
