maltatoday | SUNDAY • 17 JANUARY 2021 14 COMMERCIAL Gozo Prime launches new look for 2021 IT'S out with the old and in with the new in 2021 for the fast- est-growing real estate agency in Gozo. Gozo Prime has gone through a whole rebranding, in- cluding a new logo and restruc- turing of a new website which is way more user-friendly and engaging. Gozo Prime's managing di- rector Dr Nathon Abela said: 'The company was set up by my father more than 30 years ago, so it's very much a loved and cherished family business, but we both agreed that the time was right to take things to a new level. 'I am excited about the new year and the new look for Gozo Prime. Now is the perfect time to launch our new corporate brand identity, redesigned lo- go, and website. 'While our name remains the same, our branding and web- site have changed significantly to better represent who we are and what we bring to the prop- erty market for our clients in 2021. 'Our new identity is both modern and professional, two words we use to describe not only our image but also the solutions we provide to cus- tomers looking for their new dream home.' The Victoria-based estate agency has been working close- ly with digital marketing firm Keen Ltd on the new brand im- age and to ensure that the new website would better serve cus- tomers on their home buying, selling and renting journeys. Dr Abela added: 'As well as a great new brand identity, Keen provided us with a website that offers users a clean modern look, simple navigation struc- ture and user-friendly func- tions with a traditional touch. Far from changing who we are, our new website is about amplifying what we do best. We are excited to enter this next chapter of growth and are looking to the future.' The website can easily be navigated through a multitude of devices and will be updated on a daily basis with news of new homes, luxury properties, modern apartments and tradi- tional townhouses for sale or rent in Gozo. Visitors are encouraged to explore the website and sign up for Gozo Prime's weekly property newsletter. Over the decades, Gozo Prime has es- tablished a diverse portfolio of real estate properties available to both Maltese and interna- tional clients. From residential to commercial, the real estate agency has books of properties all over Gozo and Malta, each with a character and setting of its own. Over 120 food hampers were distributed by volunteers and members to various charitable institutions in Malta. In response to the greatly in- creased number of requests for assistance, caused by the current COVID pandemic, the Association, with the help of its members, purchased, packed, and delivered large quantities of foodstuffs and other essen- tial items, providing vital basic and daily needs for a significant number of families and indi- viduals. The Maltese Association was also able to assist ten children's homes and institutions to cel- ebrate Christmas with dignity, yet fully respecting the rules on social distancing. Thanks to generous donations in cash and in kind from members and cor- porate sponsors, we provided sweets, party food and gifts, ca- tering to a total of 180 children in their own residences. The Order of Malta remains grateful to its many generous members and benefactors who made this initiative possible. Food hamper donations by the Maltese Association of the Order of Malta
