Fenech, accused of master- minding the assassination of the journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia, admitted to his wife in a lengthy 4am email of suffer- ing from a "tough" period that spanned years after the passing of his father George Fenech, and his administration of the Tumas Group. Fenech, whose close confi- dant was Joseph Muscat's chief of staff Keith Schembri up until his arrest in late 2019, admitted to his wife Marlene in the writ- ten communication that the 17 Black revelation had weighed heavily on his mind. Although not mentioning Daphne Caruana Galizia in his communication, Fenech told his wife Marlene in the summer of 2018 that Electrogas and 17 Black were two episodes that had darkened his life. He called Electrogas – the company which Tumas, Gasan, Siemens, Gasol and SOCAR Trading set up for the 200MW plant – "one massive mistake", claiming the project "killed" him and took away his "happi- ness and smile". Concert-goers will first need to purchase their tickets from the respective ticketing plat- form for the event in question, with a voucher with a unique barcode sent by email to the client. 48 hours before each of the events, eight 'Voucher Ac- creditation hubs' will be set up around Malta. Concert-goers will need to visit the voucher accreditation hub they selected when they purchased their ticket, bring along their respective voucher for the specific event, a Mal- t a - r e c o g n i s e d vaccine certifi- cate and an ID card or pass- port.
