MATTHEW AGIUS
A court has found sufficient pri-
ma facie evidence to place Yor-
gen Fenech under a bill of in-
dictment for money laundering
offences.
Fenech is accused of laundering
and misappropriating funds from
a company that he owns with his
uncle Ray Fenech.
On Monday the court heard
transcripts of chats where
Fenech asked "how much did we
launder" and goes on to say "so
that no questions
are asked."

STUDENTS must continue
to wear face masks in class,
whether they are vaccinated
or not, Education Minister
Justyne Caruana said on Tues-
day while announcing new
COVID-19 protocols for the
upcoming academic year.
She said that the decision
to retain the measure was so
as not to discriminate against
those who cannot get vacci-
nated.
Schools are set to open on 29
September after the summer
break.
