Collectively Solo II 2021 featuring 21 artists
THIS year Collectively So-
lo II will bring together a group
of 21 artists displaying works
showing a variety of mediums
and styles. It is being held from
the 20th November until the
21st December 2021.The idea
of Collectively Solo began last
year when all the solos of 2020
were cancelled due to the pan-
demic and the artists were invit-
ed to exhibit together.
Open days
The exhibition will be opening
on Saturday 20th November at
7pm, Wednesdays 6pm-8pm
and Fridays 11am-1pm or the
gallery will also be available daily
by appointment. Contact them

daily from 9am-1pm and 4pm-
8pm During this exhibition
Gallery 23 will also be hosting
the launch of Debbie Caruana
Dingli's Book The School Play-
ground. Art lovers are invited
to visit the gallery and meet the
artist during our book signing
events on Saturday 4th and 18th
December from 11am till 1pm.
About the Book
Through the pages of The
School Playground, artist Deb-
bie Caruana Dingli invites the
art lover into her unique world
of oil cartoons and allows them
to discover how she thinks and
works.
The reader meets the people
the artist takes an interest in,
good or bad, real or fictional
and Debbie's creativity and hu-
mour seep through each page.
The School Playground contains
over a hundred doodles and
sketches as well as several oil
cartoons reproduced in colour.
They offer a window into Deb-
bie's observations as well as her
artistic journey.
