DESPITE serious scandals through-
out the years, the lack of arrests on
high-level corruption remains a
problem for Malta, the Daphne Caru-
ana Galizia Foundation has warned.

it Malta on 2 and 3 April after the
Maltese government agreed to the
dates proposed by the Vatican,

HEALTH Minister Chris Fearne yes-
terday announced the lifting of COV-
ID-19 restrictive measures.
Speaking in parliament, Fearne said
the vaccine certificate will no longer
be obligatory for restaurants, snack
bars and band clubs as from 7 Feb-
ruary.
