The new por- tal allows BOV travelers to file claims and get ongoing status updates digitally. The tool is part of Antes' strategy to deliver a better and more straightforward customer experience for its insurance cli- ents. Their Better and Beyond strategy aims to modernise in- surance and create a better and easier-to-understand insurance model for more successful rela- tionships locally and abroad. Mark Spiteri, Corporate & Ad- visory General Manager, said, "The launch of our BOV travel claims portal shows our com- mitment to constantly improv- ing our service offering to our clients. This project forms part of a long line of improvements we're working towards an inclu- sive, supportive, and easier way to approach insurance in Malta." The new portal can be accessed by visiting https://claimsportal. antes.mt. HandsOn Systems exhibiting at LETExpo in Verona MAJOR players are currently taking part in the greenest in- ternational fair of the year, LE- TExpo, promoting increased sustainable development of in- termodal transport and innova- tive growth of integrated logis- tics. The fair, at the Verona exhi- bition centre in Italy, opened on Wednesday and ends to- morrow. Organised by ALIS (Logistics Association of Sus- tainable Intermodality), which has 1,800 members, it is one of the largest such specialised fairs in Europe. HandsOn Systems, who are members of ALIS, are focusing on three areas on its stand at the fair: • fleet management and GPS tracking solutions; • RFID solutions for the smart warehouse and smart factory concept; and • IoT solutions, includ- ing parking temperature monitoring, parking sen- sors and waste level mon- itoring. "Our participation at LETEx- po was entirely a HandsOn Sys- tems initiative," CEO Geoffrey Cutajar said. "We are seeking both direct clients and to build a network of partners (install- ers and resellers) throughout Italy. The first two days have gone very well. "The idea is also to explore what there is in the market. Despite being a small compa- ny that is just beginning, we have a lot of potential. When we compare our systems with our competitors, we can com- pete really well and win from a product offering, from a ser- vice offering (and) from being able to offer flexibility in terms of how we can adapt the prod- ucts." As an example, Mr Farrugia said something that is doing well, which is not available there, is the solar tracker. Many competitors in tracking do not offer RFID solutions, he said, whereas HandsOn Systems do. "So, we have quite a unique positioning. We're trying to find the niche markets that we think can make a difference."
