Mr Justice Christian Falzon Scerri has ordered Inspector Pauline D'Amato from the Financial Crimes Investiga- tion Department to testify and exhib- it correspondence exchanged between the department and Attorney General Victoria Buttigieg. The decree was handed down in the case filed against the Attorney General by rule of law NGO Repubblika. MATTHEW AGIUS A judge has rejected a request to delay the trial of two men accused of carrying out the murder of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia in 2017. The decision comes after brothers Alfred and George Degiorgio had filed an applica- tion before the First Hall of the Civil Court in its Constitutional jurisdiction earlier this month. and Attorney General Victo- ria Buttigieg.
