Ryan Fava as the Company's new Executive Chairman. Ing. Fava, who has been serving as Enemalta's non-executive Chairman since 2022, will now also be heading the Company's Board of Management, as it continues the implementation of the national long-term electricity network reinforcement plan. "Enemalta has a promising future, as we consolidate our elec- tricity infrastructure to support Malta's decarbonisation objec- tives," the new Executive Chairman said, "we have important de- velopments ahead of us, including the introduction of offshore renewables as an important source of clean energy, increased investment in land-based renewables and grid-scale storage sys- tems, new electricity interconnections with other countries and the electrification of vessels at ports and road transport."
