This is a dedi- cated effort to strengthen the service offering provided at these core touchpoints and re- f lects the bank's commitment to delivering an enhanced and efficient service across all its channels, aligning with its overarching focus on customer satisfaction. BOV has made substantial in- vestments in digital solutions and technologies to offer con- venient banking services to its customers. Despite these ad- vancements, the bank recog- nises the diversity of customer needs and the importance of human interaction, which it continues to provide through its various branches across Malta and Gozo, as well as its dedicated Customer Service Centre. The calendar issued by Atlas Insurance has evolved into a consistent tradition, each year assuring an annual compilation of artworks thoughtfully selected for each edition. Over the years, the calendar has showcased the creations of local artists hailing from diverse backgrounds, each with distinct technical skills and sources of inspiration. Through this curation, Atlas Insurance seeks to highlight the artistic evolution of Catherine Cavallo across her remarkable career, where her work draws inspiration from her global travels while consistently remaining rooted in her Maltese heritage. Artist Catherine Cavallo thanked Atlas Insurance while commenting on the im- portance of these kinds of initiatives for a thriving arts and culture sector: "Support- ing artists is fundamental to promoting a culture of creativity and innovation. The below is an excerpt from Catherine Cavallo's biographic description in the 2024 Atlas Insurance Calendar, which describes her background and artistic journey: Catherine Cavallo started her studies in London at the age of 18, where she studied Fine Art/Oil Painting for four years at The City and Guilds of London Art School. She spent eight years in London, focusing solely on figurative painting. This was followed by three years in Tuscany. The Chianti region had a strong influence on her palette which can be seen in her present works. Now resi- dent in Malta, Catherine captures the spirit of her birthplace with characteristic inten- sity. BAT Malta joins forces with Coast is Clear for building a better tomorrow and collects +160 kilos of litter BRITISH American Tobacco Malta (BAT) partnered with the non-govern- mental organization Coast is Clear and conducted a clean up activity to support the upkeep of natural habitats and pub- lic spaces, at the Sa Maison woodland. The initiative, a part of BAT Malta's commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, was a collaborative effort aimed at fostering environmental stewardship and support to the local community. This endeavour reflects BAT Malta's ongoing dedication to sustainable practices and corporate responsibility. During the cleanup, the BAT Malta team collected several bags, amounting to over 160 kilograms of litter, empha- sizing the Company's commitment to preserving the local environment.
