Online radicalisation
in Malta Security
Services' crosshairs
A court has rejected Jo-
seph Muscat's application
for permission to appeal a
decree it had issued in No-
vember.
THE court had refused
Muscat's request that it
order the exhibition of the
original court application
filed by Robert Aquilina,
president of Repubblika,
that triggered the magiste-
rial inquiry into the Vitals
hospitals deal.
The decree was handed
down on Tuesday morn-
ing, during a 10-minute
sitting before Madam Jus-
tice Doreen Clarke.

MALTA'S secret service, the MSS, said that while ter-
rorism prevention is at the top of its agenda, its workload
has been characterised by investigations against drug
trafficking and illegal migration, as well as cyber-threats
to critical infrastructure.
