Each week, a dedicated group of colleagues gathers offsite to explore topics from the Bank's culture framework, which acts as a guidepost for employees to be in line with the Bank's core values, mission and culture. These sessions, which will be held with all colleagues, provide a platform for learning, mutual support, and growth. Participants can challenge perspectives, embrace diversi- ty, and strengthen connections. Susan Vella, Corporate Culture Change Manager, remarked, "The Bank believes in the power of these sessions to drive posi- tive change within the organisation.
