28 | Architecture & Design The primary goal was to create an environment where employees could unwind, socialise, and spark creativity beyond the confines of their workstations. Collaborating closely with the company's vibe manager, Architecture Three Sixty developed a dynamic and visually striking space that seamlessly blends work and play, fostering a sense of belonging and togetherness. At the heart of the concept is a uniquely designed feature wall that serves a dual purpose: it acts as an engaging backdrop for team photos and social media posts while also concealing a technical room. This architectural element not only strengthens the brand's presence within the office but also introduces an eye-catching, 'Instagrammable' focal point that encourages employee interaction with their surroundings. The feature wall takes the form of a convex, deconstructed version of the company's logo, painted in the brand's vibrant colors and sculpted into a three-dimensional pattern. The door leading to the tech room is meticulously integrated into the wall's composition, appearing as a precise cutout from a continuous volume, ensuring a seamless aesthetic. From the outset, the architects identified the ceiling as a challenge, as the existing services were designed for a different office layout. Rather than viewing this as a limitation, they saw an opportunity for innovation. They opted to paint the ceiling in a dark hue and introduced a suspended lightweight grid structure composed of fine mesh panels, finished in a deep purple
