This experience covered multiple aspects of cancer treatment, research and specialized services, fostering professional growth, strength- ening European collaboration in advancing oncology care standards and guiding ongoing quality improvement initia- tives within SAMOC. Participants observed the chemotherapy pathway with particular attention to pa- tient and staff safety, including the use of closed systems for chemotherapy delivery. Expo- sure to the compounding unit highlighted the advantages of robotics in enhancing efficiency and safety in medicine prepara- tion while reducing repetitive tasks and workload pressures from pharmacists. Quality assurance initiatives were a central focus of this job shadowing. These includ- ed structured mechanisms for staff and patient feedback, customer care and complaints handling and robust incident reporting with a strong empha- sis on learning and improve- ment. Discussions also extend- ed to the European certification frameworks, particularly the OECI accreditation standards and their role in strengthen- ing multidisciplinary oncology care. Specialized services were also highlighted, including outreach initiatives to extend oncology care beyond the hospital and acute haematology and oncol- ogy care, which provides rapid specialised treatment for ur- gent complications to ensure safety, continuity of care and better outcomes. This job shadowing initia- tive has already translated into tangible improvements within SAMOC. Drawing on the oper- ational models observed at TS- JCI, the chemotherapy prepa- ration and delivery pathway was reviewed and restructured through strengthened multidis- ciplinary collaboration between pharmacy, nursing and medical teams. The process was streamlined from pharmacy compounding through to ward delivery, re- ducing patient waiting times for administration while main- taining the highest standards of safety and quality. This Erasmus+ initiative was made possible with the support from SEM and EUPA, whose assistance facilitated the organ- isation and successful partici- pation of staff in the job shad- owing programme. SAMOC staff in collaboration with TSJCI staff CRIVIT and Stefanie Graf launch international partnership under the motto find your move STEFANIE Graf and CRIV- IT - a perfect match. The for- mer world-class athlete and the sports brand CRIVIT are impressively staging the start of their partnership as part of an international campaign in over 30 countries. Under the motto "The joy of movement", the spirit of CRIVIT will be brought to life through an im- pressive product range. The first phase of the collaboration will be supported by a 360-de- gree brand campaign and a di- verse marketing and channel mix. What connects CRIVIT and Stefanie Graf is the convic- tion that an active lifestyle is not created through pressure to perform, but through joie de vivre, openness and relief. CRIVIT stands for an authen- tic approach to exercise that encourages people to listen to their own bodies, develop rou- tines and see activity as an inte- gral and positive part of every- day life. Stefanie Graf brings this at- titude with her from her own experience. After an outstand- ing career in top international sport, winning 22 Grand Slam tournaments, 377 weeks at the top of the tennis world rank- ings and still the only person in the world to have won a Gold- en Slam, her view of sport has evolved: away from compari- son and peak performance and towards holistic well-being of body, mind and soul. Balance, relief and inner mo- tivation are now at the fore- front of her mind. An approach that makes her a credible and approachable brand partner for CRIVIT in many types of sport. "For me, movement is much more than just training or per- formance – it's a part of qual- ity of life and joy that I want to pass on to as many people as possible. The collaboration with CRIVIT, Lidl and the Schwarz Group is close to my heart because the brand shares my conviction that movement should be accessible to every- one. With its diverse range, CRIVIT offers outstanding quality at the best value. This gives everyone the chance to try out sports making it most accessible and to experience for themselves how much en- ergy and well-being an active, healthy lifestyle can bring to their lives," says Stefanie Graf. Owen Micallef, Lidl Mal- ta Director states: "Our mis- sion, which we pursue with our sports brand CRIVIT, is deeply anchored in our strat- egy as a discounter: We want everyone in Malta to be able to afford high-quality and attrac- tively priced sportswear and equipment. By collaborating with world-class sportswoman Stefanie Graf, we are now in- spiring even more people for a life full of activity and exer- cise and bringing sport into the mainstream of society. With our approach, we are wherever our customers are: In the store around the corner, or with a variety of inspiration and tips for more and better movement on CRIVIT's brand channels."
