Tombazis has acted as Ferrari's Chief Designer since 2006, while Fry took on a senior technical role when he joined from McLaren in 2010. In his enhanced Technical Direc- tor role, Allison will be supported by Chief Designer Simone Resta and Power Unit Director Mattia Bi- notto. Arrivabene will head up a new commercial department, with press chief Renato Bisignani moving over to become manager of marketing and acquisition. Bisignani is to be replaced by Ital- ian journalist Alberto Antonini, who has also been assigned to oversee the newly-created Ferrari digital team. Ferrari has made numerous struc- tural changes in 2014, most recently with Sergio Marchionne replacing Luca di Montezemolo as President and Arrivabene taking over as team boss. Arrivabene arrived after the team axed Marco Mattiacci, who had spent just eight months at the helm following Stefano Domenicali's res- ignation. On the driver front, Sebastian Vet- tel has switched from Red Bull to partner Kimi Räikkönen for 2015, while Esteban Gutiérrez is the team's new reserve. Stolen Red Bull trophies recovered from lake A number of trophies stolen in a burglary at Red Bull's Formula 1 headquarters earlier this month have been recovered from a lake, police in- vestigating the matter confirmed on Tuesday afternoon. Police were called to the team's Milton Keynes base at 1:30am on December 6 after a group of six men drove through the front entrance and stole more than 60 trophies. Around 20 of the trophies were spotted at Horseshoe Lake near Sandhurst on Monday, and have since been recovered by a specialist team. "Some of the trophies were re- covered from Horseshoe Lake near Sandhurst yesterday," said Investigat- ing Officer Det Con Chris Oakman of Thames Valley Police. "We estimate about 20 trophies have been recovered, but we are liais- ing with Red Bull to establish the ex- act number, as some of the trophies are damaged." "It's good news that some of our trophies have been found and thanks to the police for all their help so far," added Red Bull team boss Christian Horner. "The fact that some of the trophies were discarded in a lake and dam- aged shows how senseless this crime was. "While the trophies mean an enor- mous amount to the team, their in- trinsic value is low – and the extent of the damage that was caused to the factory by the offenders during the break-in was significant. "Hopefully we can get the trophies back to our factory where they be- long and get replicas made of those that we can't." Thames Valley Police has urged anybody with information about the burglary, or who spots a trophy or trophy parts, to contact them.
