Dingli started the year on an extremely positive note after being appointed an official driver with GP Rac- ing. The team was founded in 1995 by karting pioneer Beppe Cavaciuti and has created popular karting chassis used worldwide. After official tests in December, Cavaciuti and Matteo Zanchi, Dingli's manager, were satisfied with his performance and designated him as the of- ficial collaborator in the development of karts for 2019 in Italy.
