More importantly, it will show how this evolution of what we eat, and how we eat it, has actually defined human civilisation and cultures around the globe. Throughout the episodes an incredible group of food ambassadors share their personal stories and reflections on food, not just looking back at history but looking forward to the future, and at the cultural impact of our food consumption. MONDAY Futurescapes with James Woods: Robot Revolution [Documentary] 8.10pm on Discovery Science (Channel 402) The future is already here with a stunning season of programmes looking at the complex and fascinating world of robotics. Artificial intelligence has been touted as humanity's salvation and its downfall. James Woods follows the acclaimed actor's journey to reveal world- changing breakthroughs and their implications for the future. Scientists may improve humans using synthetic parts that work better. TUESDAY Chicago Fire S6 Ep.17: "Put White On Me" [Drama Series] 9pm on Melita More (Channel 315) Otis returns to the Firehouse after being injured on the job and is immediately put on deskwork. Meanwhile, Severide's mother comes to Chicago and immediately clashes with Kidd. Also, Casey and Dawson's relationship is tested after a revelation about Cordova. A private ambulance company joins Brett and Dawson on several calls. WEDNESDAY Eat Pray Love (2010) [Comedy Drama] 9pm on Melita More (Channel 315) Liz Gilbert (Julia Roberts) thought she had everything she wanted in life: a home, a husband and a successful career. Now newly divorced and facing a turning point, she finds that she is confused about what is important to her. Daring to step out of her comfort zone, Liz embarks on a quest of self- discovery that takes her to Italy, India and Bali. THURSDAY Bite Club [Culinary Show] 8.40pm on Travel Channel (Channel 410) Hosted by Tyler Florence, 'Bite Club' selects five chefs each episode, but "through a game of chance" (essentially drawing straws), two of those chefs are selected as judges while the other three do the actual cooking in two rounds for a shot at winning the episode's showdown. Each episode takes place in a different city from which the five contestants are chosen. In addition, another curveball for the chefs will be the inclusion of mystery ingredients. Combined with the unfamiliar environment and equipment, chefs will really need to be on top of their game to best the local competition. FRIDAY Big Momma's House 2 (2006) [Film] 9.35pm on AMC Channel (Channel 312) FBI agent and master of disguise Malcolm Turner returns. This time around he is transformed into his gargantuan grandmother alter ego Hattie Mae Pierce, in order to go undercover as a childminder in the home of the criminal mastermind behind a new computer virus that poses a threat to the free world. SATURDAY ACTIVATE: The Global Citizen Movement [Documentary] 7pm on National Geographic (Channel 406 'Activate' will take audiences from the Global Citizen Festival stages to the front lines of change around the world while spotlighting real-time ef for ts to address issues related to extreme pover t y. Through the eyes of several activists and told through the iconic stor y telling lens of National Geographic, viewers will hear the stories, meet the people and witness first-hand the work that is being done to combat extreme pover t y and inspire a global movement. Two weeks af ter her tragic death, a classmate named Clay finds a mysterious box on his porch. Inside the box are recordings made by Hannah – on whom Clay had a crush – in which she explains the 13 reasons why she chose to commit suicide. If Clay decides to listen to the recordings, he will find out if and how he made the list.
