The reality is that it is hugely popular with locals and expats alike and very few places offer tranquillity, access to spectacular bays, magical scenery, picturesque prome- nades, fantastic water sports and a vibrant nightlife - all in one – and a superb seafront property selection to match, catering for all budgets. Frank Salt Real Estate have launched their very own sea- front properties brochure, which encompasses a hand- picked collection ranging from luxury apartments and design- er homes to holiday apart- ments, buy-to-lets and off-plan units currently available in this region. They all have one thing in common – all offer spectac- ular settings with stunning sea views! All amenities are within easy walking distance and one can simply enjoy watching time go by from a scenic front ter- race. This area is one of Malta's main tourism hotspots. It has also recently undergone some embellishment projects, which has made it attractive for in- vestors to own property for in- vestment purposes or simply as a holiday home. Seafront prop- erty is always sought after and prices are rising due to their limited supply. There are also a good number of luxury devel- opments coming up. Since St Paul's Bay and the surrounding area appeals to foreigners all year round, a good rental prop- erty would be suitable for both long lets and holiday rentals. "These localities have everything going for them," says north regional manager Patrick Xuereb. "Boasting of a lovely long stretch of prome- nade along the coast, with a va- riety of restaurants and hotels dotted along the way, all amen- ities within walking distance and situated close to Malta's best beaches, it is no surprise that property here appreciates in value and rental property achieves good rental returns". People interested in finding out more about these seafront proper ties are encouraged to download the brochure on ht tps://franksalt.com.mt / seafront-spb or call on 9947 4942. RMHC Learning Centre supports 140 children, 16 NGOs in 2021 MORE than 140 children and teens participated in 214 ses- sions run by NGOs at the Ron- ald McDonald House Charities Learning Centre in Qawra in 2021 as RMHC pursued its mission to provide education- al, social and counselling sup- port to young people facing challenges. Around 155 profession- als from 16 different NGOs found the resources needed to carry out their work at the 360-square metre Centre, hold- ing 809 hours of sessions while complying with all safety meas- ures in line with guidelines is- sued by the health authorities. The collaboration between RMHC and the Department of Counselling at the Univer- sity of Malta continued as the Learning Centre accommodat- ed counselling sessions by the Department's students. Children's cancer charity Smiling with Jerome used the premises to prepare its Chemo Bags of Hope filled with es- sentials and gifts for young patients at the Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre and Hospice Malta. For six months, the centre accommodated the team from Caritas' Tal-Ibwar Adolescents Therapeutic Centre before it moved into its new premises in September. Caritas' clients at- tended individual psychother- apy, creative arts therapy, and therapy sessions for families. Volunteers of the Therapeutic Centre also provided partici- pants with aftercare. "RMHC enjoyed a produc- tive year in 2021 despite the challenges brought about by the pandemic," said RMHC Chairman Martin Xuereb. "We are proud to have support- ed children and young people from 95 families in the last 12 months and we look forward to building on this momentum in 2022." This year, RMHC will con- tinue to work with various NGOs and agencies, including the Foundation for Social Wel- fare Services which specializes in the care of vulnerable peo- ple and the National Litera- cy Agency. RMHC has signed agreements with 10 NGOs, the most recent with NWA- MI International Malta which promotes friendship across socio-cultural and ethnic com- munities. The Malta Chapter of the Ronald McDonald House Charities is part of a global net- work that hosts programmes and services to children, young adults and their families in more than 62 countries. RM- HC has enjoyed the support of McDonald's owners, operators, suppliers, employees and cus- tomers around the world since 1974. The Malta chapter's leading benefactor is Premier Restau- rants Malta, which operates nine McDonald's restaurants in the Maltese Islands.
