The number of final deeds of sale across Malta and Gozo amounted to 1,199, an in- crease of 11.6 per cent when compared to those registered in May 2024. The value of these deeds totalled €321.6 million, representing an increase of 3.9 per cent when compared to the corre- sponding value recorded in May 2024.
