The site, curated by the same team behind the popular lo- cal Mass time website www. quddies.com.mt, represents a significant upgrade. It offers additional features while main- taining the same reliable infor- mation that continues to assist both locals and visitors seeking to attend Mass. Quddies.com.mt was launched 14 years ago to serve the local faithful as a compre- hensive directory of all pub- licly accessible Roman Catho- lic chapels, pastoral centres, churches, sanctuaries, basili- cas, and cathedrals across Mal- ta, Gozo, and Comino, while al- so listing all Mass celebrations held within them. Over the years, it has become a trust- ed and widely used reference point for Mass times in Malta. As the underlying technology of the original website became outdated, the curators decided to undertake a complete rede- velopment. MassHour.com has been built from the ground up, incorporating the experience and insights gained over more than a decade of service. MassHour.com will not only include Mass times in Malta but will also expand to provide the same reliable information across Europe and beyond. The project aims to make it easier for Catholics everywhere to participate in the Eucha- rist, including through a new "Masses near me starting soon" feature that locates upcoming Masses within a 15-minute walk. This feature will be es- pecially useful when travelling or living away from one's home parish. At its core, the platform is community-driven. Volunteers can now choose to "manage" the Mass schedule of churches they attend, helping ensure ac- curate and up-to-date informa- tion for Catholics from outside their local community. The website is fully mo- bile-friendly and allows users to search for Masses by loca- tion and time. It also supports multiple languages, making it accessible to a wider interna- tional audience. Users are encouraged to visit www.masshour.com, explore available listings, and con- tribute by updating informa- tion for their local churches.
