Diet Kinnie launches 'I AM TASTE' campaign 'I AM TASTE' – a new campaign for Diet Kinnie has launched across digital and traditional media, including outdoor and print. Building on Kinnie's Taste platform, I AM TASTE is a bold and impactful reaffirmation of the Diet Kinnie brand. The campaign highlights both the physical and product character- istics, as well as referencing the longstanding association between Diet Kinnie and the local fash- ion scene. The protagonist of the campaign is Nicole Ebejer, win- ner of the Face of Diet Kinnie 2016 competition, portrayed as various fashion and pop culture icons. "It is becoming ever more challenging to engage with our consumers in a dynamic and exciting way," said Lara Filletti, Brand Executive for Kinnie, "The Face of Diet Kinnie com- petition gives us a great platform to work with and plays an im- portant role in not only seeking out young talent that could rep- resent the brand, but also more importantly launching aspiring models onto the local fashion and modeling industry. This year's winner, Nicole Ebejer, has a great personality, great looks and can offer something fresh and unique to the scene." Nicole Ebejer added, "It has been a fantastic experience so far! Shooting the campaign was incredible and it was so much fun dressing up as the world's greatest fashion icons. The hair and makeup process was unlike anything else I had ever done before so it re- ally was a new and wonder- ful experi- ence." The visual campaign is very much focused on bringing a fresh and mod- ern element to the Diet Kinnie brand by drawing in- spiration from classic and cur- rent fashion icons to associate the timeless taste of Diet Kinnie to the timeless style and 'taste' in fashion. Kinnie, Diet Kinnie, Kinnie Zest and Kinnie Vita are pro- duced, marketed and distributed by Simonds Farsons Cisk plc. For more information visit www.kin- nie.com or www.facebook.com/ kinnie.mt. Malta Properties Company announces €1.4 million pre-tax profit M ALTA Properties Company p.l.c. (MPC) has announced pre tax profits of €1.4 million for 2015. This was based on rev- enues from rental income of nearly €3.2 million. This is the first set of annual results to be published after MPC's success- ful spin-off from GO p.l.c. (GO) last year. MPC CEO Nikhil Patil, said: "These results are largely in line with expectations, based on the long term lease agreements which MPC has in place with GO and other tenants and which were detailed in the prospectus published prior to the spin-off. "These agreements provide strong visibility on medium term rental revenue and are, therefore, the foundations which will underpin various develop- ment projects within our exten- sive property portfolio." In line with its strategic plans, MPC is currently focussing its energies on three main projects. These are: the redevelopment of the Zejtun Exchange, the Marsa Spencer Hill Exchange, and the Birkirkara Exchange. The trans- formation of these three sites into leading technical, data, commercial and retail centres should have a significant posi- tive impact on rental income from 2019 onwards. MPC chairman Deepak Pad- manabhan, said: "2015 has been in many ways a foundation year for MPC, with the spin-off from GO giving the company's execu- tive management the opportu- nity to really begin to focus on maximising the potential of the 12 sites within its portfolio. In 2016 we will see construction work begin on several fronts as MPC strives to become Malta's leading provider of premium commercial real estate. MPC's positive results for 2015, and the stable revenue outlook, ref lect the company's sound financial position and augur well for a bright future."
