PUBLIC LECTURES APRIL 14 Fakes and forgeries – The Art of Deception The next lecture given by the Decorative and Fine Arts Society in Malta is entitled Fakes & Forgeries – The Art of Deception at the Meridien Hotel in St Julien's, Malcolm Kenwood at 18:30 will reveal actual case studies, demonstrating the lengths to which forgers will go in order to pass off works of art as legitimate. MISCELLANEOUS APRIL 15-17 Colour Fest For the second year running, Valletta Waterfront will bloom with colour, music and entertainment for the annual spring festival – Colour Fest. The iconic coloured doors have been the inspiration for this event, which together with the historic Grand Harbour serve as a backdrop to a fun-packed weekend for the whole family. Free activities include live bands, stalls, giant outdoor games, art, crafts, and more. Starts at 18:00.
