In a seperate bowl, mix in the eggs and cheese, salt, pepper and herbs until well-combined. 5. In a baking dish, add the cauliflower florets and cheese sauce . Stir together. 6. Top with remaining shredded cheese, 7. Place in the oven at 180 degrees and bake until cheese is bubbly and golden and cauliflower is soft.
