ITS culinary arts students showcase creative chocolate showpieces and celebration cakes CREATIVITY and talent take centre stage as first-year Bachelor in Culinary Arts stu- dents at the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) unveil a collection of artistic choco- late showpieces and decorated celebration cakes. As part of the module 'Individual Pastry Practical and Theory', students took part in this creative project under the guidance of ITS Pastry Chef Lecturer Jimmy Aquilina. Working in groups of three, students creat- ed a themed chocolate showpiece and a cel- ebration cake. A total of 12 creations were presented, showcasing the students' talent, attention to detail and hands-on learning within the programme. ITS is proud of the achievements of its Culinary Arts students and looks forward to seeing them continue to develop their skills as they pursue careers within the culinary and hospitality indus- tries. Applications for ITS study programmes are currently open until 10th August 2026.
