A Midsummer Dream will take over the rarely accessi- ble Aula Capitulare at St Paul's Cathedral for an exclusive one- night-only concert on 17 June. Following last year's sold-out success, the intimate concert ex- perience returns as part of the Mdina Resounds series by Udjen- za, inviting audiences into one of Malta's most atmospheric historic spaces for a celebration of classi- cal music inspired by the beauty of summer. Under the musical direc- tion of Jacob Portelli, the concert will take audiences through some of classical music's most beloved works, from Handel's majestic Music for the Royal Fireworks and Brahms's Hungarian Dances, to the beauty of Haydn's Sunrise and the romantic elegance of Dvořák's waltzes. The concert promises a unique experience of performance, ar- chitectural beauty and immersive atmosphere. Before the perfor- mance begins, guests will be in- vited to explore the Cathedral's main nave, a rare opportunity to experience the serenity of one of Malta's most iconic landmarks af- ter hours. The evening will begin with a welcome drink hosted by the Xara Collection, setting the tone for a refined midsummer experience.
