Malta's premier NLP Training In- stitute has been travelling to Malta and certifying Maltese people in the highly desirable and sought af- ter Emotion Intelligence discipline of Neuro Linguistics Programming over the last four years and is now becoming alternative for Countries already rich in the training. Jackey Backman, is delighted to be Malta's premier certified NLP Trainer. "We've been conducting personal development seminars successfully on Malta now for over 10 years and this is our 4th year of offering NLP Training. The Maltese are some of the most highly trained NLP Practitioners in the world. " NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, which was discov- ered and developed over 50 years ago by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. NLP is based in the study of hu- man excellence. Bandler and Grinder were highly successful therapists during the 1970's and found that there were easily duplicable models for success that these "rock stars" of the thera- py world were using unconsciously every day. They later expanded the mod- els to be applicable to any field in which exceptional performance and mental excellence is required. Today NLP is one the most pow- erful personal development tools with over 100,000 practitioners worldwide. Backman, having worked with and been certified by Bandler per- sonally, is happy to spread the NLP awareness and skill set here in Mal- ta and has now trained close to 100 practitioners on the island. "We love teaching people how to be the best they can be and NLP helps us do that very effectively. My partner Joseph Takuski, 15 year Master Practitioner of NLP and I have over 30 years of combined ex- perience in NLP. The quality of our NLP Certification program being taught here on Malta is amongst the top in the world and is attract- ing attention from countries that have many NLP trainers and Insti- tutes like the U.K." "We also provide this training in Canada. Here in Malta we have trained people from various coun- tries including Bulgaria, Switzer- land and Romania," says Backman. One Spirit Training Institute Inc. and Backman will be hold- ing an introduction to NLP called "NLP Magic - Science of Personal Excellence The Magic of Lasting Change" on 27 September for a half-day presentation for anyone wanting to get a taste for what NLP is all about and just how powerful it really is.
