Cus- tomers purchasing any of these bundles will also have access to GO's high-speed 42Mbps nation- wide network. GO will launch a number of new mobile data bun- dles including 500MB for €5, 1GB for €8 and 6GB for €20, all of which will benefit from this dou- ble data promotion. To apply, customers need to send an SMS with the amount of data they wish to purchase: 500MB, 1GB or 6GB to 16410. In return they will receive 1GB, 2GB or 12GB of data respectively valid for 4 weeks. Eat Fresh Fish Fair in Luqa The Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture would like to invite the general public for a fish fair in Luqa Parish Square on Saturday 18 July between 6pm and 10pm. The Eat Fresh Fish Fair is part of a campaign aimed at promoting the benefits of eating fresh fish as part of a healthy diet. The Fish Fair will include sev- eral activities such as informa- tion session on underutilised fish species including chub mackerel (kavall), saddled sea- bream (kaħli), gilthead seabream (awrat), uropean seabass (spnott) and European hake (merluzz), culinary lessons on the species mentioned above, including also a step by step guide on how to cook easy and tasty recipes at home, a kids area and FREE tast- ing sessions of the specified fish above. The Eat Fresh Fish campaign is an EU co-funded project led by the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture and supported by relevant stakeholders and project partners such as Għaqda Koper- attiva tas-Sajd, the Malta Chef Society, St. Peter Foundation, the Fishing Trawlers Association, fish4tomorrow, the Federation of Maltese Aquaculture Produc- ers and Kooperattiva Nazzjonali tas-Sajd. The campaign is co-fi- nanced at 75% EU Funds and 25% National Funds. Fresh fish is one of the healthi- est foods suitable for all ages, and therefore it is an important part of everyone's diet. Fresh fish is the major source of Omega-3 fats, high in good quality protein and low in saturated fat. It is also rich in nutrients such as Vitamin D and selenium.
