Ironman 70.3 will be Pace's first foray in middle distance racing and she will be undertak- ing a course consisting of a 2km swim, a 90km cycle and a 21km run on a course held along the River Danube up into the Buda Hills and along the Palace dis- trict, in what promises to be a fast yet challenging race. Gra- ham Borg, will be taking part in the 5150 race, also known as standard distance. This distance will see Borg swim 1.5km, cycle 40kms and run 10km. Borg is no stranger to such races and has successfully competed in this distance several times. "Go&Fun is the brand that feeds emotions, the brand for those who are passionate about life and quality', said Donna Bi- anco, Marketing Manager for Go&Fun agents in Malta. "This mirrors very much the passion and quality that both athletes put in their sport and which have produced great results. We are proud to support their en- deavours". Both Pace and Borg have been performing very well this year with a number of wins, locally and internationally under their belt. Pace is currently leading the pack in the Birkirkara St. Joseph Sprint Triathlon Series with two wins in the two races held so far. whilst Borg is cur- rently second in the men's clas- sification. Formula E move an 'easy' decision - Villeneuve 1997 Formula 1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve says it was an 'easy decision' to commit to a full Formula E season with Venturi once he had sampled the car dur- ing a private test. Villeneuve, 44, has not raced a full season in single-seaters since 2005, though has competed in Le Mans, NASCAR and World Rallycross since his Formula 1 departure, and last year finished in 14th position at the Indianapolis 500. Villeneuve will return to single- seater racing in Formula E, which began with pre-season testing ear- lier this week at Donington Park. "It started with a test basically, I was in Hungary at the Formula 1 doing TV commentary and on Saturday I got a call asking me to test the Venturi car," Villeneuve is quoted by the official Formula E website. "I got in the car and immediately enjoyed it. It drove like a proper single-seater and I was happily sur- prised by the feeling in the car and the team atmosphere was great. So it was an easy decision to do the full season. "It's a series that will keep getting faster and if you look at the rest of the racing world they try to make them slower, so that's definitely a positive." Venturi finished in ninth place of the 10 teams which participated in the first season, but Villeneuve is confident that progress can be made in 2015-16.
