• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
(You can also use 1/2 cup
oat flour + 1 cup all-purpose
flour)
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon (You
can add up to 1 teaspoon
according to preference)
• ¾ cup light brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 10 tbsps butter
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
• 2 tbsps of crushed walnuts
(or any other type of nuts)
• 2 large eggs
• 3 cups oats
• Salt
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a dish, lining it with
cooking spray/ butter.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
3. In a large bowl, beat the sugar with the butter for a couple of minutes.
4. Add in the eggs one by one. After each egg add around a teaspoon of the
flour mixture to avoid separation.
5. Add in the flour mixture and mix gently.
6. Add in the oats, chocolate chips and nuts and mix further.
7. Transfer the batter to the dish and bake for around 23 minutes until the top
looks quite golden.
8. Leave them cool down completely and enjoy
9. Alternatively, you can freeze them for up to a month.
