You can find out information at https:// w w w.facebook.com/i n spi re. malta Theatre 4-13 OCTOBER Certified Male Certified Male will soon be produced for the first time in Malta by Exit Stage Right, known for previous success- ful productions such as I Am My Own Wife, and Every Bril- liant Thing. Certified Male was penned by award-win- ning Australian writers and performers Scott Rankin and Glynn Nicholas. For its Malta debut, Certified Male will be co-directed by Nicholas him- self alongside local theatre veteran Nanette Brimmer, and will star renowned performers Alan Montanaro, Alan Paris, Joseph Zammit and Stephen Oliver. Certified Male is pro- duced by Exit Stage Right and is being performed at the Te- atru Salesjan, Sliema on 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 October. Booking is open at www.ticketline.com.mt UNTIL 3 OCTOBER We Are Starstuff We Are Starstuff is an astro- photography exhibition be- ing held in collaboration with the Malta Humanist Associa- tion, as part of Science in the City 2019. The exhibition will showcase a number of night- sky photographs captured from the Maltese Islands by astrophysicist Joseph Caruana. The event will be held at the Chamber of Commerce in Val- letta, between the 27th Sep- tember and 3rd October 2019 from 9am - 6pm. October is a truly spectacular time for bird-watching in Mal- ta. It is the time when the sky is full of migrating birds on their way in search of their wintering spot. EuroBirdwatch is the larg- est annual event of the BirdLife Partnership held at this time of year to celebrate migratory birds. BirdLife European part- ners for EuroBirdwatch19 with bird-watching and bird-ringing sessions at our Għadira Nature Reserve on the first day (Satur- day) in the morning (with book- ing), and another guided bird- watching session on the second day (Sunday) in the afternoon at Buskett woodland (no need for booking), which is the best spot in Malta to experience the au- tumn bird migration! On both days, the highlight will be the observation of the migrating raptors. The event starts at 7am at the Ghadira Nature Reserve.
