maltatoday, SUNDAY, 17 MAY 2015 This Week 31 WHAT'S ON New video by Red Electrick this morning Red Electrick during one of their photo shoots in Ayia Napa RED Electrick's fans can see a new video of the band's hit 'Paul', fea- turing highlights of their recent trip to Cyprus on the band's YouTube channel as from today. Based on their blissful escape to Cyprus, the video was shot in various localities and charming villages, depicting scenic views in the mountains, forested heart- lands and idyllic coastal areas. Red Electrick's visit to Cyprus was sup- ported by the Cyprus Tourism Or- ganisation (CTO) and Cyprus Vil- lages – an agritourism project with many quaint residences and apart- ments – represented in Malta by Enrico Travel. "Back in Malta, on seeing the photographs and foot- age of our stay in Cyprus, we came up with the idea of crystallising some of these awesome shots into a video for our song "Paul". The lyr- ics and rhythms lend themselves perfectly to the chosen sights. We hope our fans will like it," said Pe- ter Borg, Red Electrick lead guitar- ist and producer. The video, filmed and edited by Michael Calleja from Studio Kon- nect, will be available on YouTube Channel and Red Electrick's social media channels today from 09:00.
