The speaker will be asking the question: 'What do Electro-Magnetism, Radio Transmissions, and Quantal Effects have to do with Ghosts?' NOVEMBER 8 Presenting Pasmore Public lecture by Dr Therese Vella on the art of Victor Pasmore at the Victor Pasmore Gallery, Central Bank of Malta, Valletta at 18:30. The lecture will feature the trail leading up to the 1970 exhibition at the Society of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce, as well as Pasmore's unique role as a curator in the 1990 'Artist's Eye' Exhibition held at the National Gallery in London, presenting us with the intriguing views of a modern abstract artist on the works of Leonardo, Piero della Francesca, Titian, Rembrandt and Turner besides other old masters.
